Chiral diamondoid derivatives will be prepared and their ability to self-assemble on surfaces will be tested, with the aim of finding compounds demonstrating spontaneous resolution, i.e., self-organization into domains consisting of only one isomer, which would effectively achieve chiral resolution on surfaces. The research will use experimental and computational methods.
