This database construction was initiated by researches who need information about topology and TM segments of membrane proteins.  Soon it became database capable for storing any biomolecule which can be found on PDB.

Using the relational database model, this database allow us to easier reach any atom of data stored inside, it helps us easier searching whose results can be displayed as text for further analysis or povray format for visualization, and to see the picture of our selection. After exporting the results of search we are able to send scenes to grid and get complex visualizations rendered and stored in mpeg format which will be available for download later. This project is just the beginning of making complex projects for store, search , visualization and analysis of any other PDB structures.
