NMR spectrometer Bruker Avance 600 is equipped with a 14 T superconducting magnet and three 5 mm diameter probes for liquid state samples: Double resonance ATM broad band probe - PABBO (an observe tunable multinuclear probe, optimized for X-nuclei detection with automatic tuning and matching accessory), Double resonance broad band probe - BBO (an observe tunable multinuclear probe, optimized for X-nuclei detection) and Triple resonance broad band probe - TBI (an inverse tunable multinuclear probe, optimized for 1H detection). Broadband channels with frequency range 24 – 243 MHz can be optimized for nuclei from 107Ag to 31P. All three probes are equipped with a Z-gradient at all frequencies. Measurements can be performed in the temperature range of 223 - 353 K.
NMR spectrometer Bruker Avance 300 is equipped with a 7 T superconducting magnet and two 5 mm diameter probes for liquid state samples: Double resonance broad band probe - BBO (an observe tunable multinuclear probe, optimized for X-nuclei detection) and Indirect double resonance broad band probe - BBI (an inverse tunable multinuclear probe, optimized for 1H detection). Broadband channels with frequency range 12 – 122 MHz can be optimized for nuclei from 107Ag to 31P. Both probes are equipped with a Z-gradient at all frequencies. Measurements can be performed in the temperature range of 223 - 353 K.
Both instruments are equipped with the autosampler accessory.
