2023/09/18 - 2023/10/30-doctoral student Marija Lončarić was awarded the FEBS Summer Fellowship for conducting short research in the laboratory of prof. Michelle Peckham at the University of Leeds, UK. The aim of the visit was to learn how to work on the STEDYCON super-resolution microscope and to prepare and analyze fluorescently labeled melanoma cell samples.

2021/01 /15- 2021/12/15 PhD student Marija Tomić, through the British Scholarship Trust grant for scientific research at the British University in the academic year 2021/2022 spent 2 months at the Wellcome Trust Center for Cell Matrix Research, Faculty of Biology, Medicine & Health, University of Manchester, Manchester, UK in the laboratory of Prof. Martin J. Humphries, to learn the method of isolation of adhesion complexes and their analysis using mass spectrometry.
