Dr. Danica Ramljak pointed out that "This represents a great success for our Institute, having received two of a total of five successful applications in this round of funding, especially as RBI scientists are coordinators on the two projects. I wish especially to thank the project coordinators, Dr. Oliver Vugrek and Dr. Hrvoje Zorc, members of the RBI office for International cooperation and projects as well as Ruđer Innovations for the innovation system project, all of who contributed to the successful preparation of these project proposals".
With these two projects the Ruđer Bošković Institute affirms its mission to improve and support the transfer of knowledge, innovation and technology and the commercialization of excellent research. The results of these two projects will significantly contribute to the continued development of an innovation culture and raise awareness of the importance of knowledge transfer from scientific laboratories to Croatian companies with the aim of raising the competitiveness of our economy on the international market.
