More information

Sugar water solutions are very complex systems consisting of many molecular species, with ability to form complexes. When relative amount of each species changes continously in time, it is necessary to monitor changes spectroscopically in time. For that purpose a research protocol was formed, starting from stationary solutions of known composition in order to test and validate factor analysis method. Next step would be to apply the method to solutions with known components, but with unknown relative amounts. The end target would be addressing the nonstationary solutions.
