Professor Skala has presented an RBI project initiative under the name: Dew Computing as a Dense Ground of Physical Edge Services on the ICT Proposers' Day 2016 that was organized by the European Commission. Goal of the project is to develop a ground computer service layer in the Dew-Fog-Cloud Computing hierarchy.
