Has the “God Particle” Finally Been Captured?
It was confirmed today by the European Center for Nuclear Research (CERN) that a new subatomic particle has been detected with the characteristics of the Higgs boson, popularly known as the “God particle.”

Yesterday, during a commemoration of Croatian Statehood Day at the Croatian National Theater in Zagreb, the President of the Republic of Croatia, Ivo Josipović, presented medals and awards to deserving individuals, companies and cultural institutions. Among the recipients was Dr. Tomislav Domazet-Lošo, a scientist at the Ruđer Bošković Institute.
