LFKVS determines organic carbon in waters (surface, groundwater, transitional, coastal) and in sediment. Using the high-temperature catalytic oxidation method, we determine: 

• concentrations of dissolved (DOC) and/or total (TOC) organic carbon in the water column
• concentrations of particulate organic carbon (POC) in the water column
• mass fraction of total organic carbon (TOC) in sediment
